作品与使用范围

本应用帮助您记录、整理人生故事并制作电子书。您保留自己的原创内容权益，应确保有权录制、上传、使用或分享相关内容。请勿侵犯他人隐私或知识产权。AI 结果供您审阅和修改，不保证真实、完整或适合专业决策。

作品以本机保存为主。我们不提供长期云备份或作品库托管，您负责导出、保存和迁移资料。普通资料导出不另收单次导出费用；电子书收费对应封面、目录和图文排版等成书服务，不包含纸质印刷或线下履约。

会员与 AI 额度

月度额度不结转，按 UTC 自然月计算（北京时间通常在每月 1 日 08:00 进入新额度周期）。会员有效期以商店订单为准。其他国家或地区使用商店对应币种与定价；购买前显示的最终价格、税费和周期优先。

单个转写任务最多 30 分钟。单次整理或修改的正文与指令合计最多 60,000 个 UTF-8 字节，修改指令最多 8,000 字节；中文、英文和表情占用不同。超过时请分段提交。任务成功消耗相应额度；失败不会扣成功额度，但为控制误操作和滥用，每类任务的失败或取消尝试受每日与滚动周期限制。遇到限制时请按页面提示等待，不要重复提交。

续订、取消与恢复购买

自动续期订阅由原购买商店 Apple 或 Google Play 根据购买确认页面和商店规则扣款及续订。您可以在Apple 订阅管理或Google Play 订阅管理查看、修改或取消续期，取消后的剩余权益以商店订单状态为准。删除应用、退出登录或删除账户不等于取消订阅。

已购买权益可通过应用的恢复购买功能重新核验，需使用原购买商店账户并登录对应应用账户。退款按照原商店流程及适用消费者保护规则处理；Apple 购买可前往Apple 问题报告申请，Google Play 购买请使用 Google Play 订单记录中的退款或问题报告入口。TestFlight 的 Apple 沙盒购买及 Google 明确标示免扣款的测试订单不产生实际扣款，不能视为正式付费订单。

Google Play 的美元基准价为月会员 US$4.99、年会员 US$29.99、电子书排版 US$5.99，其他地区由商店换算。Google Play 电子书排版每次购买绑定所选书稿，30天内可生成最多4次；成功生成的文件可下载并自行长期保存。普通资料导出不另收费。

华为应用市场首发提供非自动续费月卡和年卡，仅在中国大陆销售：月卡 ¥29、年卡 ¥198，每次只支付一次，不自动扣款或续费。有效期从经核验的付款成功时间起，按北京时间分别计算 1 个日历月或 1 个日历年；对应月份没有该日时，以该月最后一日同一时间到期。有效期内不能重复购买，期满后可手动续购。会员每个 UTC 自然月的 AI 额度按上表计算，不结转。

华为会员权益绑定付款时的本应用账户。请登录原应用账户使用恢复购买功能；涉及原订单重新核验时，也需使用原华为购买帐号。恢复不会重新起算有效期，不会再次收费。到期或退款核验后相应付费权益停止，已有本地作品仍可回听、编辑和导出。退款请通过华为原订单或客服渠道申请。最终价格以华为购买确认页为准；沙盒或明确标为免扣款的测试结果不等同于真实付费验收。

服务边界

联网服务可能因维护、网络、模型供应商或商店服务中断而暂不可用。本机已经保存的作品由您继续管理。我们会处理可恢复的失败，但不会无限自动重试付费 AI 请求。用户主动分享或自行备份的副本由用户及相应接收方管理。

账户与联网 AI 服务不面向未满十四周岁儿童。我们可限制明显滥用、绕过额度或危害服务安全的请求；这不限制您依法享有的消费者权利。重大条款变化将予以提示，并按适用要求处理已有购买权益。

亲友临时分享 / Temporary family sharing

会员每个自然月最多10次分享，每次原声不超过10分钟，链接7天有效；每账户每月500MB听读流量，不结转，每条链接最多20条文字回应。次数按成功创建计，撤回不退次数。到期前请保存回应；暂不提供长期保存或亲友语音回复。

Members may create 10 shares per calendar month, with up to 10 minutes of audio and a 7-day link each. Listening traffic is limited to 500MB per account/month and 20 text replies per link, without rollover. Successful creation consumes one share, including later withdrawals. Save replies before expiry. Voice replies and long-term storage are not included.

Your work

My Life helps you record, organize and turn life stories into ebooks. You retain rights in your original material and must have permission to record, submit and share it. Respect privacy and intellectual property. Review AI output: accuracy, completeness and suitability for professional decisions are not guaranteed.

Files are primarily local. We do not offer long-term hosted libraries or cloud backup. You manage exports and migration. Ordinary data export has no separate per-export fee. Paid ebook services cover items such as a cover, contents and page layout; no printed book or offline fulfillment is included.

Prices and allowances

The mainland base prices are CNY 29/month, CNY 198/year and CNY 39.9 per ebook layout purchase. Storefront currency, tax and the final price shown before confirmation apply. Both active monthly and annual members receive 60 transcription minutes, 10 drafts and 10 revisions per UTC calendar month, with no rollover. Annual membership does not provide all twelve months of AI usage at once.

Each account’s lifetime AI trial includes 30 transcription minutes, one draft and one revision of that draft; it does not reset monthly. A transcription task may be up to 30 minutes. Text and instructions together may be up to 60,000 UTF-8 bytes, with revision instructions limited to 8,000 bytes. Split longer submissions. Successful tasks consume allowance. Failed tasks do not consume successful-use allowance, but failed or cancelled attempts are limited over daily and rolling windows.

Subscriptions and purchases

The store where you purchased, Apple or Google Play, manages auto-renewing billing under its purchase confirmation and store rules. Review or cancel renewal in Apple subscription management or Google Play subscription management. Remaining access follows the store order state. Uninstalling, signing out or deleting an account does not cancel renewal.

Use Restore purchases with your original store account and corresponding application account to verify existing entitlements. Refund requests follow the original store’s process and applicable consumer rights: use Apple Report a Problem, or the refund/report options in Google Play order history. Apple sandbox purchases in TestFlight and Google test orders explicitly marked as no-charge do not charge real money or represent production purchases.

Google Play base prices are USD 4.99/month, USD 29.99/year and USD 5.99 per ebook layout purchase, with store conversion for other regions. Each Google Play ebook layout purchase applies to the selected manuscript and includes up to four generations within 30 days. Downloaded files can be kept by you indefinitely. Ordinary data export has no separate fee. The final price and purchase details are shown before confirmation.

The initial AppGallery release offers one-time monthly and annual passes in mainland China only: CNY 29 for one calendar month or CNY 198 for one calendar year. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Validity starts at the verified successful payment time and uses China time. If the corresponding day does not exist in the expiry month, expiry falls on its last day at the same time. Another pass cannot be purchased while membership is active; purchase again after expiry. AI allowances reset by UTC calendar month as described above, with no rollover.

Huawei pass access is linked to the application account used for purchase. Sign in to that same application account to restore access; use the original Huawei purchasing account when store-order verification is needed. Restoration does not restart the validity period or charge again. Paid access ends on expiry or confirmed refund; existing local works remain available for playback, editing and export. Request refunds through the original Huawei order or support channel. The final price appears on Huawei's confirmation page. Sandbox or explicitly no-charge tests are not evidence of real paid transactions.

Availability

Network, maintenance, model provider or store interruptions can temporarily affect online features. Already saved local work remains under your control. We handle recoverable failures but do not retry paid AI requests indefinitely. Account and online AI services are not directed to children under 14. We may restrict abusive or allowance-circumventing requests without limiting applicable consumer rights. Material changes will be disclosed and existing purchases handled according to applicable requirements.
