作品主要保存在您的设备。登录不会自动上传作品库。我们不提供长期云存储或云备份；请自行导出资料并妥善保存。AI 处理需要另行选择并提交内容。

1. 本机资料与权限

录音、文字、照片、已下载的 AI 结果和电子书保存在本机。麦克风权限用于您发起的录音；照片和文件通过您主动选择后读取。拒绝麦克风或照片权限不影响其他不需要该权限的功能。您可以在系统设置撤回权限，并在应用中编辑、删除或导出作品。

卸载应用、丢失设备或更换手机可能导致本机资料丢失。请提前导出完整资料包。您自行选择的网盘、系统备份或分享接收方按照其服务规则处理资料；它们不是本应用提供的长期备份。

2. 登录与安全

您申请验证码时，手机号会发送给阿里云短信服务，用于发送验证码。服务端处理手机号的受密钥保护的匹配标识、验证码校验记录、账户标识、网络来源和必要的安全记录，以完成登录、限制异常请求和保护账户。我们不公开手机号，不以故事内容建立广告画像。

登录凭证保存在设备的受保护存储中。退出登录会清除当前登录凭证；删除进度查询凭证可独立保留在本机，仅用于查看删除进度。

3. 可选 AI 处理

您同意并提交 AI 任务后，所选录音、正文以及修改要求会经应用服务发送给阿里云百炼，完成语音转写、整理或修改。不会因此上传整个作品库或未选中的照片。当前内地服务在中国境内处理；阿里云是相关基础设施与模型服务提供方。

应用服务端的临时任务内容最长保留 24 小时，随后由清理任务移除；下载到本机的副本由您管理。我们保留不含故事正文的必要用量与结算记录，以防重复扣额和处理争议。服务中断可能暂时延迟清理，恢复后会继续处理。

阿里云说明按量付费 API 的资料不用于模型训练，同时其可能依据法律要求保存调用数据。我们的 24 小时期限不构成对其内部留存的保证。详情见阿里云百炼隐私说明。请勿提交无权处理的他人资料；涉及敏感个人信息时，应先取得所需授权。AI 可能遗漏或编造细节，采用结果前请核对。

亲友听读与回应（可选） / Optional family sharing

只有您选择故事并同意分享后，所选文字和低流量语音副本才临时保存在中国境内服务器。持私人链接者无需登录即可听读和文字回复；称呼未经身份验证，请只发给信任的亲友。回应只供作者查看和保存。

链接7天有效；到期、撤回或举报后立即停止访问，并自动清理在线故事和回应。服务中断可能延迟物理清理。请到期前保存回应，这不是长期备份。删除账户会清理临时分享。不含正文的用量计数保留当前及前两个自然月；屏蔽记录最长90天。

亲友浏览器在本机保存随机回复标识，用于限额和屏蔽；清除浏览器数据可能重置标识。持链接者可举报并停止链接，作者可撤回分享、屏蔽回复人。隐私或不当内容问题请联系上述邮箱。

Only a story you select and approve is uploaded: its text and a small voice copy are temporarily stored in China. Anyone holding the private link can listen, read and reply without signing in. Names are unverified. Replies are visible only to the author. Share links only with trusted people.

Links expire after 7 days. Expiry, withdrawal or reporting immediately prevents access; automatic cleanup removes online stories and replies. Outages may delay physical cleanup. Save replies locally before expiry. Account deletion removes these shares. Content-free usage counters remain for the current and previous two calendar months; blocking records last up to 90 days. This is not long-term backup.

The recipient browser stores a random identifier for abuse limits and blocking. Clearing browser data can reset it. Link holders can report and disable links; authors can withdraw links and block senders. Contact the email above about abuse or privacy.

4. 购买与额度

Apple 处理 iOS 付款，Google Play 处理 Google Play 版本的付款。本应用服务处理商店订单标识或购买凭据、购买状态、账户关联及 AI 使用额度，用于验证会员权益、恢复购买、防止重复结算和处理退款。我们不接收您的银行卡资料。依法需要保存的交易凭证与必要安全记录可能在账户删除后继续受限保存；不用于恢复作品库或营销。

Google Play 验单请求经公司在阿里云新加坡的专用转发服务发送至 Google，包括本应用的商品标识、购买凭据和必要的短期接口授权信息。转发服务不保存订单副本，也不接收录音、故事正文或照片。Google 按其服务规则处理商店交易信息；故事与 AI 处理不会经此通道传输。

5. 保存期限与账户删除

您可在“账户与服务”中发起账户删除，无需先联系客服。为防止他人误删，系统会要求重新验证身份。受理后关闭原账户的服务访问，清理应用保存的相关内容和登录凭证；通常在 7 日内完成，完成情况可在同一设备的账户设置中查询。必要的交易、安全及删除证明与作品内容分开处理，按适用要求和实现其目的所需的最短期限保留。

删除账户不会自动删除您本机的作品，也不会自动取消商店订阅。您可先导出资料，再自行删除本机副本，并前往原购买商店的Apple 订阅管理或Google Play 订阅管理取消不再需要的续费。资料更正、访问、复制、撤回同意或删除进度问题，可通过上述邮箱联系。

6. 共享、保护与变更

我们仅为提供您选择的功能、履行法定义务或取得您的授权而处理资料。阿里云提供短信、托管和 AI 处理，Apple 提供登录设备相关系统能力与 iOS 商店付款，Google 提供 Google Play 商店付款与验单服务。我们采用加密传输、访问限制和临时资料清理等措施；任何系统均无法保证绝对安全。

应用不面向未满十四周岁儿童提供账户与联网 AI 服务。请不要在未取得必要监护人授权的情况下提交儿童个人信息。若发现相关资料被不当提交，请联系我们处理。

如处理目的、数据种类或服务商发生重大变化，我们会更新说明，并在需要时重新征求同意。未同意新的可选处理不影响您管理已有本机资料。

Your library stays primarily on your device. Signing in does not upload it. We do not provide long-term cloud storage or backup. Export and protect your own archives. AI processing requires your separate selection and submission.

Your files and permissions

Recordings, writing, selected photos, downloaded AI results and ebooks are stored locally. Microphone permission supports recording; photos and files are accessed when you select them. You may revoke permissions in device settings and edit, delete or export your work. Removing the app, losing the device or replacing it may lose local files. System backups, drives and sharing destinations you choose operate under their own terms.

Sign-in and purchases

A phone number is sent to Alibaba Cloud SMS when you request a verification code. We process protected phone lookup identifiers, verification records, account identifiers, network source and necessary security records to authenticate and prevent abuse. Login credentials use protected device storage. A separate, device-only deletion receipt can remain after sign-out and only checks deletion progress.

Apple handles iOS payments, and Google Play handles payments in the Google Play edition. We process store purchase identifiers or purchase tokens, purchase state, account associations and AI usage to verify entitlements, restore purchases, prevent duplicate settlement and handle refunds. We do not receive card details. Necessary transaction, security and deletion records may remain under applicable retention requirements, separately from story content.

Google Play verification requests pass through our dedicated Alibaba Cloud relay in Singapore to Google. They include this app’s product identifiers, purchase tokens and necessary short-lived API authorization. The relay does not retain order copies or receive recordings, stories or photos. Google handles store transaction information under its service rules. Story content and AI tasks do not use this route.

Optional AI

After you agree and submit a task, only the selected audio or writing, together with revision instructions where applicable, is sent through our service to Alibaba Cloud Bailian for transcription or drafting. Your whole library and unselected photos are not uploaded for this task. The current mainland service processes data in China.

Our service retains temporary task content for up to 24 hours and removes it through cleanup jobs; an outage may delay cleanup until service recovers. Downloaded copies remain under your control. Necessary usage and settlement records do not include story text. Alibaba Cloud states that pay-as-you-go API data is not used for model training, but may retain call data as legally required. Our 24-hour policy is not a guarantee about its internal retention. See the provider’s privacy notice. Submit only material you have authority to process. Review AI results before adopting them.

Your choices and account deletion

Request account deletion within Account and services, without contacting support first. Fresh authentication protects against unauthorized deletion. Accepted requests close the original account’s service access and initiate cleanup of application content and authentication artifacts. Cleanup normally completes within 7 days. Check progress on the same device. Necessary transaction, security and deletion evidence is retained separately for applicable requirements and no longer than needed for its purpose.

Account deletion does not remove local stories or cancel store subscriptions. Export your files, manage local copies and use Apple subscription management or Google Play subscription management for the store where you purchased to stop unwanted renewals. Contact the privacy email for access, correction, copies, withdrawal of consent or deletion questions.

Providers and protection

Alibaba Cloud supplies hosting, SMS and AI processing; Apple supplies device platform and iOS store services; Google supplies Google Play payments and purchase verification. We use data for requested features, applicable legal duties or your authorization, not advertising profiles based on stories. Encryption in transit, restricted access and cleanup reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account and online AI services are not directed to children under 14. Do not submit children’s personal information without necessary guardian authorization. Contact us if such information was submitted improperly. Material changes to data use will be disclosed, with renewed consent where required. Declining optional processing does not prevent managing existing local files.
